Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Classes
Students are taught according to their acceptibility, and their health conditions. Practitoners of all levels, and health conditions, practice here and improve. Students are welcome to ask and clarify any of their questions related to the practice.
Self-led (Mysore style) and Led classes are taught of the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga sequences.
Beginners should make prior appointment. Special classes are provided for beginners.
